Delivery Timelines

The above delivery timelines apply to Orders placed before 11:30 pm for Standard shipping items and before 6:00 pm for Boom Scents Express items. Order placement after these times adds 1 day to the delivery timeline.

Delivery times are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen.

delivery methods

1. Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 6 days ( 8:00am – 5:30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.
2. Pickup Stations: The delivery time is the period from when you place your order to when you receive an SMS, Whatsapp, email or app notification that your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.

Boom Scents Express: Products are stored in Boom Scents stores, ensuring faster delivery.
